For those of you that don't know Newstalks Gerald Bauman, let me just say he is one of the nicest, civilized human beings I have had the pleasure of working with in my 35 years of radio. That being said, Gerald can get downright ugly when it comes to cheering on his Philadelphia Flyers..and was he cheering...at the Bell Center in Montreal, Saturday for game 5 in the Habs-Flyers second round action. Surrounded by more than 20,000 Habs fans..Gerald and his wife Norma...shouted loudly and proudly everytime the Flyers put one in the net. (he also admits to cheering loudly with the Montreal crowd so as not to upset them too much).
